ARI-FSRU: Talent Management Task Force Associate Research Fellow
Specific Research Projects Assigned
Student will assist with projects related to the study of training/learning and team effectiveness. Potential tasks may include empirical research on training and learning processes, helping to develop and validate empirical and computational models of individual and group attitudes and behavior, and supporting ARI efforts with the Talent Management Task Force (TMTF). Student will assist with theoretical development, literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, and reporting (to include writing conference submissions, technical reports, and peer-reviewed publications).
General Skills Required
The ideal candidate will have the ability to contribute to longitudinal and multilevel research projects through theoretical development, design of research projects, and analysis of complicated data sets. Basic data analysis skills (GLM procedures) are required and advanced data analysis skills (HLM, SEM) are highly encouraged. Writing skills are also highly valued in candidates
The selected candidate for this Fellowship will be compensated based on academic standing ranging from $26-$32/hour. Prior knowledge of the Army is not a requirement for candidates interested in a Fellowship. Some travel will be required as part of the Fellowship. Qualified candidates must be U.S. citizens, must complete a security background check, and must obtain and maintain a Federal Government Common Access Card.
