ARI-ERU: Team Effectiveness Enablers Research Fellow
Consortium Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI), Emerging Research Unit, Ft. Belvoir, VA.
The hourly rate of compensation for all undergraduate and graduate Research Fellows ranges from $18-$33 per hour depending on current academic standing. Undergraduate and graduate Fellows (for the exception of Doctoral Research Fellows) are permitted to work a maximum of 20 hours per week during the school semester and up to 40 hours per week during all school breaks.
Emerging Research Unit (ERU): Team Effectiveness Enablers
ERU's mission is to improve team performance by developing scientifically sound measures of team effectiveness components, as well as to explore emerging issues of interest to senior Army Leaders. ERU Research Fellows will develop research plans and execute research in the above area. Candidates should have some knowledge in the following areas: team effectiveness research, multi-level analysis/modeling, psychometrics, personnel research, and research design.
Specific research tasks for ERU include:
· Quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis using SPSS, R, or SAS.
· Database creation, management, and manipulation.
· Presentation development and report writing suitable for professional audiences and Army leaders.
