Synopsis:I am currently working as a post-doctoral research fellow with Dr. Richard Hoffman as part of FSRU's command climate research program. I am conducting research examining the outcomes of command climate and identifying the contextual factors that moderate these relationships. I am also assisting in an evaluation and baseline assessment of the DoD's command climate survey.

Prior to becoming a post-doctoral research fellow, I served as a graduate research fellow, working with Dr. David Costanza and Dr. Jay Goodwin to gain a better understanding of generational differences in the Army. This research focused on learning how variables like job satisfaction and organizational commitment change over time and whether any differences found are attributable to age, historical time period, or generational cohort. We also examined how various statistical approaches used to study generational differences affect results and the conclusions drawn.
